Over all yesterday was pretty boring nothing major to report. I am continuing with insanity.Today is cardio recovery thank god. I need it. I'm not sore but I'm a little stiff.Looking forward to this weekend.Me and my group of friends are going to an amusement park! I love roller coaster so it should be a good time! :D

I am very sore and so glad it is recovery tonight. I am little afraid of the weekend its mostly the time i eat all wrong any advise

Hooray recovery! Though, it's not really a recovery... more like intense yoga, but still, at least it's low impact! Carixs, I would recommend making SURE you eat 5 small meals a day. Going without eating for more than a couple of hours is what will make you binge when you're used to eating frequently! Keep a protein bar on your person in case of emergencies :)

Thank you ! Troughout the week i eat five small meals a day but weekend is like you eat wenever you want to and its like one big meal a day and chips and chocolates because fiance is coming and my brother then everybody eats crazy lol. Wish i had more self resistence

It is definitely easier to keep on track when everyone else is doing it around you. If you slip up a little bit this weekend, don't sweat it too much! Remember how many calories you're burning??? hahaha!

I is way easier when you have a buddy there with you to keep you on track. ;) Good luck this week end allow your self some stuff. Just don't binge on the bad stuff.
