I can't seem to keep up with my food diary. Weekends are so off schedule I lose track. This week has been busy and eating home recipes that I find hard to break down calorie wise. Still trying to eat in moderation and following LAWL guidelines. No...scales aren't moving. At least they aren't staying down. Last week on Friday I was 151.8 but it didn't stay there long.
A friend of mine has talked me into a challenge of 5 days of 30 mins of walking and one Shakeology shake a day. It'll just cost me $ for the 5 sample shakes so if I don't like them I don't have to buy a month's supply. Over $100 for a month's supply! I guess if it works it's work it to give it a try. No problem with me walking 30 mins a day since I already do 3 times a week now and recumbent bike 2 times a week. I wonder if anyone here has done the Shakeology shakes?
