I'm just so totally stoked today! I'm not feeling sore at all really from yesterday thank you BCAAs and recovery drink. I'm a little stiff but I think I just need to move around a little I've been sitting for to long. Also Today when I got up i weighed myself just to see how I was doing 231.4. that is a 1.4 pounds and considering it only Tuesday I might need to really focus on getting all my cals in. No less than 1500 a day!I'm off to a good start today on that from my breakfast is somewhere around 425 and not 230 like it has been in the past. I've also been pretty productive today I'm baking bread and in a little while I'm going to go donate blood. Hopefully that will give me enough time to recover before I work out tonight. Keep up the good work everybody. To my fellow insanity buddies DIG DEEP.
