not a bad day! I finally made the decision and followed through. I parked in the garage at work and instead of riding the shuttle over, I walked. it's about a mile from where I park to where I work. and I did it after work too. I did not walk up the stairs to the 6th floor of the garage. I am nowhere near ready for that. But I think it was a step in the right direction. I still miss my scale. I'm nervous, I don't know what is going on and I'm sure I'm probably gaining weight at an insane rate LOL. I am tracking what I eat though and it doesn't look bad. still need more veggies!
