Cuma kurangin 500 kalori dari 1.700 kalori yang aku butuhin. Ga pake olahraga. Memang aku ga makan nasi.

Makannya apa yang ada aja sbab aku kerja.
Pagi, makan energen jagung 110 kalori
Siang makan yang ada di kantin biasanya chicken teriyaki plus salad n dressing. Malam makan apa aja yang ada di rumah. Yang penting 500 kalori. Udah ga pake nyemil.
