UGH! So sick today! Bad acid re flux, Finally took Peto around 6:30 as nothing else was working. Then Binge watched "Hunters" on Amazon until I fell asleep. Also I really over did the carbs and calories today, pretty much most of the week as I felt a cold coming on all week.
