Today looks like it will be much better :). Right side of the bed today, LOL... My doctors apointment went really good. She assured me that the anxiety and depression I've been having is probably very well caused by just having a baby 9 months ago. Plus I got my tubes tied so she said that can cause major hormonal issues. So she put me back on my happy pills (prozac) to see if that helps even things out, haha. I've also started back on Phentramine to help give me that extra energy boost to get these last 15 or so lbs off. I do think I might have hurt my leg in circuit training last night :( Guess my body isn't use to exercising as hard with the extra few lbs on it. It's nothing severe, just some pain when I walk in my left shin. It might just be muscle soreness though, I hope, LOL. I think I'll just go to spin class tonight instead of doing anything that requires jumping around or running. Thanks to those who brought encouraging words yesterday, They really do help :) It's nice to know that we all have each other to keep us going :) Hope everyone has a beautiful day.
