Okay, after my hardcore work out yesterday I'm a little sore but I'm glad to get back on track.Today I'm going to the farmers market which for me means awesome veggies and maybe some fruit. I can't wait until later in the summer when everything is in season.Also I'm trying shakeology for the first time. It's actually pretty tasty!:D Hopefully I see some results with it. The only down side I'm seeing so far is the price but when you think about it if you replace the 4.00 coffee you buy in the morning with shakeology the price evens out.(thanks to my roommate for pointing that out);p

:P The farmer's market was awesome!! Healthy breakfast sandwiches, fresh strawberries, and grapefruit soda (club soda, grapefruit juice, apple juice, and pineapple juice, no sugar added!) Also, Hip Hop Abs was a blasty blast!
