I am sore from jogging and walking around the track yesterday. And, for some reason, I am having a hard time drinking my water today.

Sore is good...haha!! As long as your not too sore...you know? Don't over-do it. Good for you though! I was having a hard time drinking my water too on Tuesday....don't know why. Coffee just sounded sooo much better on that day and I drank alot of it (1/2 caff. and black of course)...haha!
