Well it's official... I'm sick. I was hoping it was allergies, but definitely not with the way I feel. I don't know how this will go with regard to my weight loss efforts. Not eating enough on this plan is not a good thing. I'm going to do my best to keep my percentages where they need to be - but the calories are not going to be high enough. Maybe I'll try to add extra butter to veggies or dressings to salads to get more calories in that way. Well, we will see how this goes. Wish me luck :)
