I feel great..despite my 7 hostess cupcake splurge yesterday. I binge ate despite eating so well the day before. Yesterday, I had a salad, an omelette, a 1/2 piece of steak, and then the binge. My TOM is here...so I gave myself permission to just "do it and get it over with." Im back on track for now..not really eating anything this morning b/c Im stuffed from the cupcakes apparently :) Im not bloated or feeling crummy...so I guess Im alright! Today, if I can help it, Im going to keep it low calorie and less than 10 carbs. That will ensure I erase the damage from last night. Ill check in tonight to see if I made it :)
