Well, went for a walk,,feeling crappy and all...but glad I did it. I really do feel alot better than I did this morning. Maybe I can get a good nights sleep tonight, that would be the ticket to a better tomm. Lost almost another pound, that ok I will take it!! As long as the numbers go down and not up, I am ok with it!
