O.K., day number one without the scale, it's weird that I am so dependent on that thing. I did better today, I ate more veggies, made loaded broccoli for dinner, had spring mix for lunch. Still not anywhere near 14 grams of carbs in vegetables but i'm adjusting. I did eat 2142 calories today, not good, I think that is way too many but we will see. I know I made a few mistakes today. too much cheese...way too much...I think total 6 ounces! And I probably didn't need to eat the pork rinds...but I wanted to crunch something.
Tomorrow is another day, try to keep it around 1500 to 1800 calories and cut way the heck down on the cheese.
