Hello!!!! Wow it's been over a year since I visited fat secret!!! Guess it's safe to say I've put this new body to good use!! Maintaining was difficult at first but got easier as I learned how my body reacts to certain foods!! How's everyone been?

Most of all I've found that learning how your body's reaction to certain foods is key!!! Initially I started a low carb diet, then slow carb, and currently I've found that carb cycling the slow carbs works for my maintenance!!!

You are so right about learning your body. I found that I can eat carbs if I stay under 150 grams a day. My weight loss is slower but I don't feel defeated. A diet of deprivation sets one up for failure. Congrats to you on your success!
