Wow today I took a big break. About 60 carb over my daily allowance and about a hundred calories on the max of 1800. So a bad day. But at least I don’t feel hungry if anything I feel like a beached whale. Tomorrow back on high reduction my hope is it will shock my system back to weight loss.
