The weekend went good. It will be a week down on Wednesday. I will weight in Wednesday morning. Hope I see some weight lose.
I can feel the change already from what I was eating to what I am eating now. Counting my cal. intake is a downer sometimes. We went to the store last night and we looked at some of the things we used to eat and wow.....
I see a dietitian this afternoon per doc to learn a little more. I'm always open to learning.
