1 piece of low carb toast with tsp pb,1/2 grapefruite with sweetner, coffee with a splash of milk, sweetner 1/4 cup yogurt, spinach salad, with boiled egg, tomatoes, red onion and low fat/carb dressing. sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip two slices of lean roast beef, green beans (and here's my downfall) two glasses of white wine.
