sejujurnya sering bingung kalau puasa (bukan pas Ramadhan) menu nya apa supaya asupan gizi minimal 1200kal. kalau saur lebih suka yg simpel kayak makan roti atau ubi gitu. pas buka makannya udah banyak kayak sayur, lauk, dan tetep minim minyak, tp total ga sampe 1200kal. ada saran sebaiknya menunya seperti apa?
