Sitting down with a well earned glass of the red stuff. I have blitzed the kitchen and downstairs today so after an afternoon of scrubbing I reckon I deserve it. I have actually eaten healthily and well today and will be finishing off with a chill, veg, chicken stir fry combo so I am very impressed with myself for being so healthy on a Sunday. We won't talk about yesterday, that has been and gone and I am sure that it will all even up over the course of a week. I did enjoy my fall from grace yesterday which is good I think. I cannot see the point of falling off the healthy wagon and not enjoying it. I now can look at my falls as a small blip and get on with day to day healthy bits without that large guilt complex and binge eating that used to follow a lapse. Each day, each week brings a new awareness which I welcome.
