Day 3 went well... it seems I'm at a point where I'm no longer craving sugar which is what I noticed last time I did SBD. At my work there is always way too many desserts and snacks in the kitchen - today there were donuts, muffins, cookies - all kinds of sugar carbs but I didn't feel like I even wanted them! (sugar is my downfall so this is a big deal!) I didn't weigh today but I think I will in the morning - hope it's good news!
