I feel sooooo much better today. I got my allergy medicine and it has already made such a huge difference. I'm going to the fighting gym tonight. I can't wait...b/c I've been feeling bad, I haven't worked out in about a week. I really need to get back in there. The hubby and I will be moving more stuff into our house...we're almost in it completely...there's still a few things that need to be done, but we can live in it while we're finishing up. As for the diet...doing great with it. I think I'm back in it to win it. I've been drinking a lot of water and sticking to my eating plan. I'm just trying to get the exercise back in. Not too much more to report...here's my menu for today:
Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal and a small apple 2nd meal: 6 oz. low fat strawberry yogurt and some strawberries Snack: 100 calorie snack 3rd meal: 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 cup of beans Snack: 100 calorie snack 4th meal: 1 serving green beans, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup beans
