Thanks everyone. Your comments mean so much! @liv I can barely see them in certain lighting lol. @DP yes! I don’t have 1-2 a day anymore usually but I’ve still had them 3-5 times a week. Been alternating with donuts, jerky and Girl Scout cookies lol.

@guten thanks! I plan to stay the course. I DO eat junk food and did while losing weight. More now that I’m in maintenance though. Good job on never having junk food! You have stronger willpower than I do. ;)

@glawry honestly I don’t count carbs but on a low day they’ll be around 100g and on a high day probably 200g. I tried low carb for a short while but it wasn’t for me. The main thing was I upped my protein to 100-130g. That kept me full longer and helped to retain my muscle mass. Unfortunately I don’t eat a lot of veggies as they don’t keep me full for long. Same with fruits. I need meat and starches to feel full and satisfied so that I can restrict calories when dieting.

Thank you binky!! How’s the leg workouts going? Well I hope! You’ll get there. It took me a year of 1200-1400 to get there. With a few days a month at like 1800-2400 lol. Wish I’d have started lifting earlier. Would’ve slowed my weight loss but I’d have retained the muscle I’m trying to build back now. :/ live and learn
