Sooo upset. I had wanted to lose weight but between my broken foot since January and hormones it isn't happening. I lost 8 pounds on Atkins and gained it back?? Now I am just going to watch calories and do upper body exercises. Help. So depressed I am the same weight as I was pregnant. Ugh. :(
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
