First goal weight met!!!
Now to set a new goal!
160 is next! Then I’ll plan to hold steady .

Staying away from pasta, breads and refined sugars as much as possible.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.0 kg a Week
