Ok, feel like total crap today. I'm about to leave work and go to the doctor. I sang the anthem on Friday night and then had my audition on Saturday morning. Needless to say, my voice was pretty much shot. I was able to do the audition, but I definitely did not feel 100%. I believe it's my allergies, but I still need to get some medicine.
As for the diet, I've been doing ok. I'm waiting for my P90x dvd's. I can't wait to get them. It's basically a 90-day deal...my cousin did it and she got pretty ripped. I want that so bad!! We'll see how it goes.

Sorry you feel crappy! Hope the dr. can give you some meds to help! I bet your audition went great! Let me know how the P90x dvd's work for you, might have to give them a shot! I need something to kick myself in the butt and get going again! Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I kinda lost my voice this weekend, which is wierd considering I can't drink alchohol and I didn't and I didn't smoke.....oh well, maybe its something in the air...lol, anyway hope you feel better soon and I hope you get ripped too*

I can tell you that if I tried to sing the national anthem (either yours or mine) it would be everyone else who was feeling ill! haha
