I'm still fighting this migraine, so I am going to take it easier today. When I worked out yesterday my head throbbed from it so I am not going to today & let it (hopefully) get better. Thank you so much for your comments, they definitely help!

You're just de-toxing and that's a good thing! Let your body do what it needs to do...easy is GOOD!

I had a horrible headache the first day and insomnia the next. Today I feel fine. Do not give up on exercising if you can help it. You may need to eat alittle more to compensate for the type of exercising you are doing. Hang in there, it can only get better.
