Kopi bubuk kapal api + gula 2sdt say ,sy gak bs minim kopi pahit ,yg penting sy batasi konsumsi gula perhari.untungnya sy gak suka ngemil yg manis2 ,dietnya jga gak terlalu gak boleh ini gak boleh itu kok, nikmati aja ,tp TT inget batas konsumsinya aja.. semangat...
