Well today I decided to take a break for dieting! Call it a Holiday Day. Went waaaay over my carb and about 350 over on calories. The good news is I don't fell hungry. The bad news is I feel horrible for breaking a 3 week trend. But alas I did need that break for a day tomorrow back on the diet wagon.

The best advice I could give you is stop calling it a diet. For me, not calling it that made more sense. It’s a lifestyle change 💜🙌 This lifestyle change can be full of fun delicious foods, new ways of cooking 🤗 and you can still have your favorite foods. You got this I swear 💯. Tomorrow is another day friend 😊💜💚

I lost my weight having carbs and foods I love in moderation. It’s called flexible dieting. Check it out, it might interest you. I was rarely hungry and didn’t feel deprived enough to go way over. Although my family enjoys eating out occasionally so those days would be higher and I’d just lower the calories for a few days to make up for it. I too call it my diet. My diet is the food I eat and I’ll always eat so I don’t see it as a “diet” like most do but rather my way of eating :). Do what works for you :).

Thanks everyone for the thoughts. I always said diet is a four letter word. Been up and down the diet roller coaster my whole life. It’s hard keeping the weight off, especially for baker.
