@monica anjani Turun 8kilo, Udah jarang itung kalori, cuma skrg nasi putih diganti jadi nasi hitam, lebih rendah kalori dan gula 😀😀

@cindysarah, Ganti nasi putih jadi nasi hitam, lauknya harus di imbangin sayur, 80 % clean food, 20% fun food, banyakin minum air putih, and tetep olahraga ya.. Goodluck.. 😁

@NABILASEPTIA, Aq dulu zumba, cardio , angkat dumble , cuma karna skrg makin sibuk jadi udh absen 2 bulan olahraga tp tetep sih olahraga kecil2an dirumah dan yg terpenting jaga pola makan.... 😀
