So I am not sure what you are commenting on ... I think my food intake for the day? I have not quite figured out how the interaction on the feed works past liking others posts . The approach that works for me is lots of water and sunshine ( light therapy in the winter) . Low carb style of eating with nutrient dense carbs when I do eat them. A Moderate walking program as well. Also key to drink 9 cups of water a day. This approach works for me because it keeps my hunger and appetite in control. I also believe in one cheat day a week to avoid a plateau . On that day I have portion controlled amounts of whatever I have been craving. As many veggies as I can eat through the week as well. My reminder board says a " boatload". Not quite to that amount yet lol. My new mantra that I borrowed from " the thin commandments diet book " is ... I have Tasted the world of food ... it has not made me happy it has made me heavy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book. It helps a great deal with forming a strategy. Having said that I still struggle and believe everyone must always be open to changing how they look at their food intake and try new things. A " one size fits all " approach to weight loss does not work. We can all profit and learn from each other along the way. 😊
