Thank you Bubblegum - finally !!!! You've done so well to stay at your goall weight for such a long time. - what's your secret --- I have finally gone from a low fat diet to a high fat, low carb diet and I think this is the way to go for me. I feel so much calmer, less hungry and more in control without the need to binge -----

Sometimes we need to test a few things to see what works for our bodies and it looks like you have found what works for you. You're at a nice weight now you must feel great. 👏🏼👏🏼🤗
Maintaining is hard but I think it’s best to stay under your calories for the cheat days so you don't do damage and you get to enjoy your treat and I find drinking green tea after each meal helps. 💞💞
