While I thought I did fairly well yesterday for B-i-l b-day, I guess my stress retention meant a red arrow for today. Have my first meeting this afternoon with the new physical therapist, so maybe soon there will be the extra energy I'm hoping for, and if really lucky, some pain reduction as well.
