Zumba last night. Awesome. Hopefully 1/2 hr of cardio to add onto that tonight. My bf mentioned he could see that I was slimming down :) Woooo! A little progress at least.
73.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
