Im 561 calories in for today that includes breakfast & lunch, no snacks, idk but to me 561 calories is a lot. I had “ healthy” foods like grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, whole grain bread, peanut butter, and banana and everything is measured you guys. I am loosing weight I’m not complaining on that it’s just to me 561 calories is a lot just for these “healthy” foods. I know there’s a better way for me to get less calories to be able to eat more. I’m new on dieting you guys, I’m reading labels more, looking at how many carbs are in foods, cholesterol all that...I’m learning slowly!——I’m thinking 💭 picking out a diet like plant based diet...idk we shall see...

It’s not a lot, it might feel like a lot, but you still have room for dinner and a snack. Focus on the healthy food you consumed and remember that 1 big double fast food burger, 1.5 -2 slices of your favorite pizza is equivalent to what you’re worried about♥️ Also remember that you can have whatever you’re favorite is, log it in. You will find a WOE that works for you🙌 Log it all.

Remember your a busy mom. And very healthy choices you ARE making. Be careful not to go "starving" yourself. I say that because if read your journal right, it said your losing 16.? lbs. per week?! If that's true, be careful.That's alot. Remember, don't think of it as dieting.Think of it as Eating Healthy! Then you'll maintain your heathy new lifestyle. You're doing incredible. Look where your stats are and your weight now, then underneath, performance loosing, it's 16.3 per wk. Under that list lbs. to goal. I hope it's typo. Too much, too fast. Not really safe every week. 👍🏻❤⚘😀

What gets me is the amount of carbs in everything I read. I limit myself because of that.
