I’ve been doing a lot of salads but I’ve been using light feta. I just love salad with cheese!!

I just get left hungry after salads, it's like I needthise cards in my body! But when eating out the only option gets left to salads because everything else has enough calories for the whole day

I pack in a lot of veggies! Sometimes I add grilled chicken. I use feta instead of dressing. I also eat only once a day so I get to make a really big salad.
