I have added quite a bit of complication to my daily three meals. I have done this for my brain and for anti-aging effects, not for weight loss. I had a mild relapse into frequent compulsive overeating of sweets and packaged snack foods like Cheezits, cheese puffs, popcorn and sometimes potato chips. And pizza. My weight had gone up quite a bit and I was not able to really tone things down until after the holidays;, though I took off some of it in the fall; my weight has come down to a little below what it was easily maintained at for a few years before I started some experimenting with a short diet cycle that mimics the effect of water fasting, as well as some longer overnight fasts. (I feel these tripped the overeating wire as backlash, but I feel I understand what is happening now, so I think I can either tolerate the desires better or can tweak things so that I access states that are less difficult.)
64.5 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
