Still no change, here is what I ate yesterday, perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Breakfast, spinach salad with boiled egg, tomatoes, onions feta cheese and low fat dressing. Had a thin slice of ham with that.

Snack, 1/4 cup of no fat yogurt.

Lunch, soup made from canned tomatoes, cauliflower and left over veggies in the fridge. Topped that with grated skim milk mozeralla. Dessert sugar free jello with sugar free whipped topping (just a little bit).

dinner, meatloaf made with extra lean ground beef, and a scoop of green beans, and spinach salad.

Green tea, Green tea, Green tea. I feel like I should be losing more.

I will try my weight tomorrow and if there is not downward change the scales go out the window into the 4 ft of snow we have just had.

Watch the low-fat salad dressing, most of them make up for the missing fat with sugar. Try going for a vinagrette, or just use small amounts of regular dressing.

STOP WEIGHING YOUR SELF EVERY DAY!!!!! You hold onto water weight. Be alittle carefull with Tomatoes they are good for you but they do (especially can) hold salt which will add in no weight loss.
