Despite the most recent stressors in my life, I managed to lose another pound.
Maybe that's why though. I tend to lose weight when I am upset, worried, or stressed about something. Lately, my stress levels have been astronomical.
However, as far as the diet and exercise regieme are going, I am keeping up with the good work. It is sometimes hard when hugs things try to stress me out, but I just guess that is the way life is sometimes. Nothing is going to be perfect all the time. Ever.
