I figure if I join an online support system, I can vent my frustrations to those who understand...my DH doesn't have weight issues so doesn't understand how I feel. Even so close to my goal weight, I struggle. I believe the closer you are, the harder it is to get off. Maybe it isn't frustration so much as it is mourning the loss of being able to eat whatever I want and not care. Some days are better than others but today I'm bitter. I know I need to focus on the positive but I'm positively sure that if I watch him eat one more bowl of ice cream and a tall class of coke I jut might scream! LOL
I do feel better eating healthy, running and lifting weights. And I keep chanting my motto "it doesn't taste as good as thin feels" but it ain't cuttin' it today.
How do others keep positive?

Frist I have my own diet on the site. And have lost 20 pounds in 3 mos.You are going to live longer then your husband if he keep's eating real ice cream. And he need's to support you with your weight loss if he really love's you uncontionaly then he wouldn't eat ice cream and drink coke in front of you.He better be careful he could get FAT eating that and drinking coke.I have found my soulmate and have been married for a year. He is awesome he support's me all the way. And he walk's with me and he will eat almost all of what I eat.I am sorry but some men are so uncareing about women and loseing weight. And boy they what you to look good for them and when it come's to SEX. I hope your week goes well. Seadog.

I just ate for my first time a WEIGHT WATCHERS Smart Ones CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SUNDAE which is 3 points on Weight Watchers.....Yummy.... It tasted GREAT....another treat I do is Vanilla WW Yogurt, put slices of frozen fruit (I love Peaches) and I mix it up with this little cheesy hand blender and put in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. IT turns kind of pudding like.......Good Luck you can modify and do it right!

hello!! i'm "piperlee" and i'm trying to find an online friend to help with the last 10 pounds. i'm the bad eater in my house. i don't eat terrible but my husband is a small and super healthy cyclist. his motto is "if it tastes good you shouldn't eat it." funny huh? i take spin classes 2-3 times per week. my husband is the teacher. i walk the other times and really don't do much weight lifting. i try to eat healthy but then again i could eat an entire box of moon pies if i would let myself. i did weight watchers a few years ago and was successful but they gave me a hard time because i was close to my ideal weight and they all were "why are you here?" do you have any tips on a menu for the day? my biggest tip to you would be if there is a spin class near you, take it. even if you can only do it for 30 min at a time. we burn 600 to 800 calories in 60 min. it's the best workout and the girls in the class are melting pounds. i'm just so close to my ideal weight i have to work on my diet more than the workout. anyway, hope to hear from ya. ** i have dial up and i work so i try to check my mail around 7-8pm. piperlee
