①早餐: 果蔬粥和奶昔冲了一杯[捂脸]

③午餐: 粉丝牛肉汤,两个烤饼

⑤晚餐:150酵素,鸡肉,牛肉,鸡翅,猪肉,中午没吃的晚上吃了,每种吃得都不多,品种多
