Day 48

So I am posting this from my new phone! (I haven't had a cell in 5 years, so I guess I'm making up for it now! This is great, because I just loaded the fs app, and it lets me check nutrition wherever I am!

Went to CPK for dinner w/friends last night & had 1/2 a pizza. No guilt today, even with cake last night! Stayed within my guidlines!
