Have done well so far. Gained 2 oz not bad at all. I've done all my excercising this morning. Hope to walk another 1 1/2 miles this evening. I pray that I can keep on losing the way I'am. I've had more carbs than I need today but some was from brocolli and healthy life bread. I did get 3.6 miles walked today. I also worked my butt of cleaning the house.
