All you can eat and drink for 2 days...bad news. I have been way off track - even on days where I'm not at an all you can eat drink fest. I will manage my eating better this week. I feel like I'm starting over. Like I have to re-shrink my stomach.

I feel bigger now than I did when i weighed 135. I think I'm probably just more aware but its bothersome to think about my weight all the time.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
