Sat 5am. Felt kinda bloaty when I got up. So I am super happy to see I'd dropped more weight. In the past I've always had regained a couple of pounds over the weekend. 😭😭 I have to make myself stay on Keto. Well . . . Lunch didn't go too well. Went to IHOP with my daughter. I loooovvveee pancakes. I ate til I got full and didn't bring home a doggie bag. Hah!
