2nd day analyzing what i eat and still over calorie intake.
1 Too much beer 2 Too much Chocolate biscuits 3 Too much snacking later on in the day. 4 Still fat and lazy but 100% dependent that i eat more than i burn calories.
I have to burn more calories than i consume, Simples.
