Well I really blew my diet over the weekend so I'm not even gonna enter my calories on my diet calendar, LOL... It was the weekend of my 10 year high school reunion so I'm gonna cut myself some slack. But it's back to the grind tomorrow! Gotta get up early and hit the gym. I have really noticed over the last few days though how quickly the calories can add up if you're not keeping track of everything you're putting in your mouth. So hopefully with keeping up with that I will be able to see the weight start coming off :)
