7 days!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!! ALMOST DONE WITH PHASE 1.
SO FAR I HAVE BEEN DOING OK...IM JUST HAPPY THAT EATING MEAT IS COMING..LOL I MISS MEAT!! LOL
I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE BIG WEIGH IN IN 2 DAYS TO SEE WHAT I LOST IN PHASE 1.

PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASKING ME IF IM LOSING WEIGHT...I WAS SOOO HAPPY.
P.S- I EVEN JOINED THE GYM YESTERDAY. I JOINED THE NY SPORTS CLUB AND DID MY 1ST WORK OUT YESTERDAY..FELT GREAT.

Yah...almost done. Congrats! Phase II is a lot easier to handle, specially when you can choose to add meat to what you eat. Meat was a big thing for me too! Best of luck on the weigh in, you will do just great!!! Keep up the hard work.

Good job! You'll probably notice a difference in your energy level from working out in the gym..It's such a great feeling when people start to notice the weight loss. P.S. You may want to start measuring yourself also - it's a great feeling to see how many inches you are actually losing and people get amazed when you can tell them.
