This is not too difficult to stick to so far. Driving and walking fine but not willing to try exercises. Am enjoying soups, orange and vegetable juices and chocolate custards and plenty of water and not hungry. Thing is was i ever hungry? Or just wanted to eat from habit? or it looked or smelt good. Seemed to lose all discipline so praying this helps and food stops becoming such an obsession with me.
