Just came back from my one week Bermudian cruise and my diet was a disaster! While I tried my best to stay away from carbs as much as possible, the sheer access to food and deserts, and not to mention the constant flow of alcoholic beverages made staying on course nearly impossible. I am a little shocked at how MUCH I put on in such a short period of time, though I suspect much of this has to do with water retention and some irregularity issues. Still, Now that I'm back home, I'm going to set thing right away and plan on dropping the wegith as quickly as it came on. My one consolation is that I did run twice while on the ship. Not as often as I'd liked, but it was something.At least now I won't have to start my running training from scratch.
