Television is such a “mind sucker”. Especially now when you can zip through the ads by pre-recording shows to playback when you want. We spend too much time there. Couldn’t tell you what we watched. Some old flick we’ve seen before I’d bet. Snack was the best part 😇. Need to bring the stationary bike into the tv room! 😜.

I rarely make a plan to watch a movie, but so often I'm in our living room while my people are watching something. Just wanting to be with them means I'm sitting... Can't wait for warm weather and long days. It is so much easier to keep active! 😁

sub the beer for a cab or vodka on the rocks and you are snacking all my favorites- enjoy!

@ V14 - Whats not to love right? Fatty meat proteins / cheese / veggies and fermented stuff! @ MelWa TRUE We loose so much time to “wasted time”! (Eagles / Hotel California I think?) 😜😎😇

60pack, my bike is right in front of a TV. I will only watch certain things if I am on the bike. It works, even if my mind gets zapped at the same time. Love your eats right there. :0)
